Hi, my name is Jim and I am an IS professional with a large Electric power company. I work for the Help Desk, and answer phone calls from employees who are having computer problems. My wife, Patti, is an RN with a bunch of letters after her name, and if you ask her what they are for she will tell you. You have been warned.
